The Cambell is a reading light that hangs on the wall instead of standing on the bedside table. The swing arm brings the light to where it is needed and pushes it away again when the space should stay clear. Beside a bed it replaces both the bedside lamp and the surface it would otherwise occupy.

The shade aims the light downwards instead of throwing it into your neighbour's face. That is exactly what separates a reading light from a wall lamp that merely decorates.

The vintage brass is aged by hand and darkens along the edges. The E27 socket takes any standard bulb, including warm low-output LEDs.
